Trip was amazing boat was good apart from engine cover kept collapsing and we kept tripping on it the little outboard motor broke down thankfully we were able to get a tow we caught a massive fish got chased by a goat by all means a successful trip thanks

We really enjoyed our time on the Shannon and would definitely do another holiday like this.
Lough Key Forest Park was brilliant, we all loved the zip wires! We loved all the little towns along the route also – although some pubs/ restaurants listed in our guidebook are now closed due to the recession or did not do food in the evening

The boat was excellent though I think 4 was the maximum number for comfort and convenience.

We had an absolute brilliant time on out cruise. We had a bit of trouble one of the nights with the storm when the ropes broke but we were fine and had a great story to tell! Brilliant weather for the week great to relax.

The smaller double room had a musty smell in it no matter how long we aired it out.
There was no table on the top deck and no cushions on the seats on the top deck.

We had a great time on shannon cruise. It was a little harder than we thought handling the boat coming into moors & locks but was a great experience. We will definitely do it again.
Unfortunately we did have a bump with a lock, luckily we took out collision damage insurance so not too bad, thank god.
