We had a very nice weekend, the weather wasn't too bad. We got to the Manor House Marine just before lunch and got the paperwork done, had lunch in the hotel and went back to the marina to collect the boat, handover was quick and we did a bit of a spin around the bay with an instructor just to be sure, we were going to head for Belleek, but there was talk of wind on Saturday so we headed south instead as Lower Lough Erne is quite open and there was a possibility of big waves.
Got to Enniskillen at about 6pm and decided to go on to Carrybridge where there was shore power and a "hotel" to have dinner in, we arrived at about 7pm to discover the hotel was flattened and a frame of a new one was there instead, so dinner was onboard and fine.
Saturday we zig-zagged our way to Ballyconnell avoiding weed on some of the more western routes, we came back to Belturbet for the night and had a nice meal in The Castle Sports Bar
On Sunday we meandered our way back up to Enniskillen for the night and had a good tour of the town, got underway early Monday morning and arrived back in the Manor House Marine at 9.30am.
Thank you for everything.
