I delighted to say that we did indeed have a great time on the Shannon and will definitely be doing it again. Everyone at Emerald Star/Le Boat were helpful and friendly.
We of course got caught in storm Ellen and had to hang tough in Glasson for 2 nights but made it safely back to Carrick on Shannon shaken but not stirred!!

We had a very pleasant holiday which was greatly helped by the excellent weather that week. The boat was presented exactly as was detailed. Connell did a great job on the orientation I was very patient and good humoured.

Everything went according to plan.
Everything went according to plan. A terrible downpour on friday as we began but it only lasted 10 minutes. The evening cleared up really well.
We actually had fantastic weather on Saturday. Sun cream required. We had a ball in Banagher on Friday night and Athlone on saturday night.
