The one we had was fairly basic and a little jaded - though you pay for what you get. We are home safe and sound having had a lovely holiday on the Shannon despite the inclement weather. We were very impressed with the boat and your service. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The only problem we had was getting the heating to work - we were unable. We could have rung base for help but any night we tried to get it going, it was after 7p.m....
