Better than we'd expected
It was all good. If anything, it was better than we'd expected. You told us we couldn't get our boat till 4pm but actually it was ready much earlier; you said we'd have to bring it back by 9am but we disoverred that, being a Sunday, we had the whole day. The cruise was a great success. The people at Carrick Craft were very kind (especially Doris), professional and accommodating. We we were able to collect the boat at 12pm on the Friday which was a great advantage particularly because the weather was good. The boat was entirely suitable for our needs.
The only but minor annoyance is the business with the damage waiver. Just like renting...

Transfers and boat administration were perfect.
We had a lovely trip and cruised almost all Shannon and Erne from Mountshannon up to Belleek. Transfers and boat administration were perfect. We are still another 1.5 weeks on a tour through Scotland and Ireland. After our return, I will pick a few pictures and send them to you.

The weather was great too which helped a lot, Overall we were happy with the service from Carrick Craft. The guys were a pleasure to deal with, the only small negative I would have is the condensation in the bedroom at night, it was dripping on top of us in the back bedroom.
