We had a great time on the Shannon. We were lucky with the weather. We will definitely do it again but not with Emerald as I think for the price we paid they really should be upgraded.

We did have a great holiday even when it was raining! It was a very relaxing experience and we had no problems with the boat, I think the thing that made the holiday so enjoyable was the Irish people who we met on our travels everyone is so friendly and they can't do enough for you. We might be back again next year and if we are i will contact you about a booking

We really enjoyed our week, weather was good to us and it was great to meet up with old friends on the river including Trevor & Mary Thomsett, with whom I had moorings for my boat over many years; also, Jim Henry's pub in Cootehall - where I signed their first visitors' book in May 1977!

We had a great time and would do again. Only gripes if I had any would be where to get rid of rubbish in one or two places though an amazing lady in a shop in killaloe took ours so maybe knowing where the bins are would be good eg. mount shannon. I also mentioned to the cruiser company that the water hose on the boat was about 10-15 feet short. Only very minor things so.

We had a great time last week
We had a great time last week. The boat was superb, and everyone at Emerald Star was really friendly. The guy who took us out for our trial run, whose name is Des, was only 17, but he was really good.
We didn't have the greatest of weather, but it only bothered us on the last day, when we were trying to get back to base in a gale, with the wind and rain blowing straight into our faces ...
