We really had a wonderful time. the Monday night was a bit of a nightmare with the wind and the rain, I was really quite nervous but got over it and enjoyed the remaining 2 days thoroughly. Hi all, we went with Carrickcraft on the Wave Queen from 12 to 19 June. Headed south onto Lough Derg. Started in Terryglass, Dromineer, Killaloe, Portumna, Athlone, Shannonbridge and spent the last night in Banagher onboard. We eat out every night and we never disappointed.

I would like to say we had a fantastic time on holiday on the Shannon. It was probably the best holiday we have ever had. The staff were genuinely helpful and pleasant and the boat and linen were clean and fresh. We will be using Shannon River Boat Hire again next year. Thanks for a truly great service.
