I’m glad to report we had a great trip with no issues! We travelled Banagher on the first evening, GarryKennedy the second and onto Terryglass for the last night. With no late fee for dropping the boat back at 10.15am the following morning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days on the Shannon and Lough Derg. It was our first time driving a cruiser, and we were so lucky with the weather, which was sunny and calm, though fairly chilly. The main thing is that there was no rain, and no wind to stir up the waves.

I have to say apart from the weather everything was great, boat was excellent spacious and clean, the river it’s self was very easy to navigate do all in all we had a wonderful time, we do plan to return again.

We had a great time. The staff were helpful and friendly and all the visitors were great too.
The only issue we had was the steering on our boat made it unusable on the Thur evening we arrived. And it wasn’t fixed until the next afternoon, so we didn’t get to actually go out on the boat until a day after we arrived, so we lost time.
